                   Commercial Techniques                                             




                             

                        Introduction                                      I think this commercial has Bandwagon and Emotional appeal because if you eat skittles everything you touch turns into skittles. Basically what Emotional appeal is when it is funny, sad or etc . Bandwagon is part of the "in" crowd which means everyone is using it so you should use it too. Obviously its not real but they want you to think skittles are good at least tome they are . Most skittle commercials are funny but have nothing to do with the product. Most little kids will believe this commercial and ask their parents for it or at least that's what skittles think. Parents give their little children whatever they want and even if the will buy it just because there children want to do what happened in the commercial.

                                  Opinion 


I enjoy this commercial because I think its humorous to the younger audience and it makes them want to buy the product. The strategies want to make the viewer to buy the product because bandwagon is when everyone is using or eating the product and there are millions of people who love skittles. The reason why people want to buy the product because of emotional appeal is the commercial is funny and many people will buy the product just because of the commercial this one was enjoyable. I think this commercial will make money because it was enjoyable even thought this commercial was from 2007 it is enjoyable and I think it mad lots of money. It's based off the book Chocolate Fever and many people enjoyed that book and it made tons of money .So obviously this commercial made lots of money too and Skittles became something that everyone knew about skittles and they are every were.

 I believe this commercial appeals to people who like music and like their cereal. This could be a transfer commercial as well. This is Bandwagon because if you don't eat wheatabix.

It has bandwagon in the name so obviously Doritos was going for a Bandwagon commercial. It is bandwagon because the dad wants to be cool and support every football team.

This commercial is bandwagon because if you get ATNT you can text any one from any company.Now you can do that with any company but back then when this commercial was made most companies could text people with other companies but they acted like they didn't exist. I don't think they would make this commercial now because every company has thbis feature.

 This commercial is bandwagon because they want you  to switch to 4g because atnt now has it.everyone has 4g except for one person everyone got the message way faster then him and he was the only one who didn't get it in time he was kind of excluded but not on purpose atnt wants you to switch to 4g because they want your money. even if you have 3g the delay isnt that long and once again atnt think there the only company who have done this but not true

  This commercial is bandwagon because they all want to eat the doritos. They want to be "cool" and eat doritos. They are literally crazy for doritos and that's all there thinking about.

 This commercial is bandwagon because they want you to support them. If you don't like the Jets the mesage is your not cool.

  This commercial is sad because he had lost his mom because of her smoking. This is a very emotional by being sad and its a way to make money and put out a good message.

       This commercial has emotional appeal because it has very funny moments. The funny moments want to make you buy m&m's.

       This commercial just makes coke beautiful. Because of this it makes people want to buy coke even more then they already did.

  This commercial is emotional because his sister passed away and he wanted to win for her but he didn't . Years later he did win and was so exited. But this commercial has nothing to do with Visa
